Return Policy

MARU Collections accepts exchanges and returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were shipped.

You have 14 days to exchange or return your item(s). Exchanges or returns will be processed after items are received. MARU Collections is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so we highly recommend using an insured carrier (FEDEX, UPS, USPS). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, please allow a few business days to show in your account. Items received in less than the stated condition are subject to partial refund.

Defective Items: Claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or returns will not be accepted.

Sale Items: All Items are final sale.
